Hi all, I jacked the plane up today with the rubber bumpers removed on the struts and squirted some fluid in there. Seems to have worked somewhat but I was confused. I thought I was raising it up to get an O-ring to go past the hole on the strut. There is a seal in there but it's near the top of the inner cylinder, in fact when the gear is sitting normally on the ground it is just below the hole. How does this deal work? Glen Ward
