I had some trouble initially too. I was told the
"main guy" was in Russia so I got his name and waited a couple of
weeks and kept calling. He finally got home one night about 10:30 his time
(Florida I think) which was 12:30 my time. Keep trying.

Somehow it worked for me, even ordering one
from Tokyo. I contacted them via e-mail '[EMAIL PROTECTED]' It took a
while until they responded, but finally it worked.

The Ercoupe, by Thomas. When you phone they tell you to leave your
name, credit card # ,etc. I've have done that twice. No book
has arrived??? Please let me know if you succeed and how you did
