I've got a 7146 which comes in right at the max static rpm specified in
the aircraft spec A-787 for the Coupes so it should be legal.

Gives better climb and better high altitude performance. Top speed is
down to about 100 mph.

That's a good trade-off for me at my personal max gross weight.
