I was just wondering about that.  I have wondered if it is neccessary to 
change the pads on the mount when converting to the O200.  By the way my 
conical mounts are cracked after running only 60 hours.  I am not going 
to worry about them.  I think the torque in the book is too much.  Mine 
ran smoother when they were loosened up.  Besides, because of the way 
the rubber collapses, it is near impossible to get a real exact torque.
