comes with the STC indicates that using the 69 X 48 prop, which they did the flight testing with, tends to overspeed. I put a 69 X 50 prop on our Coupe, with the blessing of the FAA, and ours will turn more than the redline of 2750 RPM. I recommend talking to your IA and have him/her decide. The C-150 came with either one early on, and then only with the 69 X 48 in later years.
