Last year I had my inner cylinder stripped, replated, and ground to size
by an FAA approved shop for around $300. Since it appears you would not
be doing the work yourself, there is less than $10 additional for "O"
rings, but as much as 8 hours labor removing, disassembling, and
reassembling the gear. Even using the service and parts manuals, it
helps if the work is performed by someone who has done it before. 

A used assembly may be no better than the one you are trying to repair,
so caveat emptor!
