AIG seems to be having some internal problems getting their work
out.

I renewed with them in August and STILL do not have the new full policy
in hand. I have a letter from the broker stating that said letter is
effectively a binder, but it does not give me a warm feeling not to
be able to get the actual policy in hand.

After six weeks of new-computer excuses from AIG, I've put them on
a ten business day deadline. In that time, they should be able to manage
to type the terms and conditions into a policy (using the old
fashioned typewriter if need be).

Else-wise, there was another company that was actually slightly
cheaper (i.e. Phoenix).
