They said to drive there its like 22 miles out of J Tree at a private dirt strip. There's a bunch of planes there apparently. Selling a T-Craft as well. Not sure exactly where since the fellow that is interested drove there and I chatted with him this morning at our EAA pancake breakfast. I can try to get more info if you aren't sure what strip it is. Should be on a sectional I'm guessing.
