Hi Ric; Welcome to the Coupe community. Univair, in Colorado is the type certificate holder, and manufactures new parts for the Ercoupe. However, another supplier, Skyport Services, is in Rochester, WI, which is much closer to you. Give Lee Gauger a call at Skyport. He has the STC for installing wheel pants on all models of Coupes. He will sell just the hardware and instructions if you already have the wheel pants. Skyport's phone number is 800 624 5312. I do not have Univair's number handy, but I have had good success with them answering questions also.
