Good Morning everyone,
I'm just on my way out the door for our Monthly OEE (Oregon Ercoupe
Erforce) fly-in so this will be
short.
I like Leslies kit, but here's what I use....."A Bunjie Cord". It has
hooks on both ends and enough
stretch (if you get the right length) that it will hold enough pressure on
the raised cowls to fend off
most any winds that you would consider assaulting.
I had to modify, slightly, the hooks on the ends of the Bunjie to fit
tighter on the aluminum to
prevent slipping but I like Leslies 'loop' idea to go over the dzus
fasteners also.
Either system will do the job quite satisfactorily, I'm sure.

Bye for now, I'm outta here.......
