Go to <flyer-online.com> and download it or if you want the address of the Flyer so you can subscribe to it: PO Box 39099, Lakewood WA, 98439-0099.
If you need a phone number I'll try and get one for you so you can subscribe by phone with a credit card, and request the latest issue. I have a friend 'on staff' there who 'might' be able to help out. (I'd have to check with her before I'd obligate her.)
