Thank you Harry. I'll check these out. I know about the Jato tests. A couple years ago a was hunting down information on the infamous YO-55. (I'm also keen on Warbirds.)One of the places I contacted was the Smithsonian. I had heard they actually had it in their collection. But, alas, I was told by one of the researchers there that, while they did have an Ercoupe, it was not the YO-55. They sent me all the info they had on military 'coupes, including a short article on the jato tests.
