Bob- You are probably SAFER on the Internet than calling some catalog
firm,
giving your number to some hoodlum college kid worker or (gasp) jail
inmate
working in a prison call center.  Besides, they will just punch your
number
into their company computer and then some rotten employee etc. could get
access to that.  I would not sweat it on credit cards on the net!
