    Harley Davidson has used 'wrinkle-finish' for decades!  It really
looks nice. One of the first
things I did when I bought my Moto-Guzzi back in '73 was pull the polished
aluminum valve covers off and
'wrinke' them. The cycle is black so the black wrinkle valve covers really
look good.
    You should be able to find it in either quart cans or spray cans at
any H-D shop.
