When your wing hardware is properly torqued, there should not be any play
whatsoever. If it is loose after torque, buy new bolts first and try them
before removing wing attachments.

My wings and fuselage are in my garage, wait a minute...................

well I'm back from the garage. The forward bolt holes measure .623" and
the bolt measures .621". That's a close tolerance fit. 
The aft bolt holes measure .310", and the bolts are .309".  

So you have a .002" fit in front and a .001" fit in the rear. I would
pull your wings off and measure all holes and bolts. You can replace the
fittings by drilling out the hardware.
