Tom, I have a copy of STC SAl-440 that I got when I bought my coupe. The copy is barely legible, however typed in the body is the following: "This STC, SAl-440 has been sold to N. Lee Remotely, Cheswald, Delaware for the express use in his Ercoupe Model 415-D, serial 4801, Reg N94690 and no other. All other use is forbidden, unless granted in writing by the holder of this STC. Punishable by LAW if other wise used." It appears to be good only for my coupe. It is signed and by Richard W. Weibley in ink and dated 6-27-60. I don't know if he did all of his STC like this or not, but I don't think it would work for the German authorities! I also have a 337 that is approved but it references the above STC.
