It was 70 degrees in East Tennessee today, a little windy, but beautiful blue sky, so I had another opportunity to fly my Ercoupe. I noticed the temperature was up about 180 degrees. Usually, in the summer it gets to 200 degrees. Is that normal? Oil pressure stays between 35 and 40. Engine is new...about 80 hours. Totally rebuilt with new 0200 crank. I should mention it is an C85. All new bearings, rods, pistons, cam, mags, everything. I'm also getting some oil leakage. I think it's coming from that plate behind the prop. I've put gaskets, sealants, you name it, and I can't get it to stop leaking. Any suggestions? E. Baumgardner N87172
