Bob, I'm with you here. The Ercoupe has been a cult airplane since I can remember. Not unlike cars like the MiniCooper. Unfortunately every year we will see fewer Ercoupes. With wings going for $9500. and center sections for about $6500. New Univair. Spa cap @ about $1500. each If your looking for a rebirth of our Airplanes. It just is not going to
happen. Yes, we can fly more today. We can talk up Ercoupes but what you see is all there are. When I bent one last year the only hurt I received was knowing there is one less Ercoupe. Keep your Ercoupe the best you can. And hopefully when you sell it, It will go to someone who will enjoy it as much as we. Warren H.
