Hangar gossip has indicated that there once was a man who joined two
Ercoupe
Fuselages together and created a twin Ercoupe. The right wing of one and
the left wing of the other coupe were removed and the two fuselages were
joined (along with two sets of gear?). The guy who did the conversion
flew
it in some airshows, then he retired to Huntsville, AL (where I live). No
one remembered this man's name, but some remembered the street he lived on
(Rosalie Ridge).
Has anyone heard of this airplane? Any chance of getting his name or some
photos? I live only a few blocks away from Rosalie Ridge, so I might be
able to find a family member with some unpublished photos if I know who I
hunting.

Thanks,
Rick Nelson
