just had new pilot side exhuast header pipe installed on my c85 the plane
sounds better , climbs better and flys faster . the only problem is
it has that aluminum powdery coating on the outside but after the bad rain

we've had here in northern Ill the pipe is rusting already what is a
proven
method of preventing early rot on my brand new pipe something heat
resistant
and rust inhibiting and legal and wo'nt stink alot when hot

btw hey syd #3 isn't the slowest anymore it was the pipe.so you all may

understand I was part of the group that flew in to Osh kosh from
Burlington
Wisc with our famous leader Syd the problem was I was #3 of 8 and
seemingly the slowest I was the slowest tortoise with the bunch of
other
tortoises actually I was the one that had a bird strike on my wings
trailing edge--- how embarassing I normally have to clean my rear
windows
3 times as often as my bubble BUT NO MORE I'M FREE OF TORTOISEISM
REAR
STRIKES AND THE LIKE I'M FREE TO FLY THE SKIES as the rest of you'all
SNAIL
LIKE AND LOVIN IT i GUESS
I could put that in my pipe and just smoke up the skies .
alll kidding aside the pipe seems to have made a differnce
