The couple matched what was raised for The Hangar during the museum's recent "Out of This World For Kids" gala. The exhibit, which opened in 1989, is modeled after an authentic aircraft hangar and is filled with planes that help students learn how to design, pilot and maintain aircraft. The exhibit also offers various programs in math, science, and teamwork skills. The museum said the current exhibit has served a million children and received praise from the FAA and Washington State educators over the past 10 years.
