Someone is indeed selling Ercoupe parking signs, but their eBay auction isn't currently running. The person is a sign salesman, so you can e-mail him directly at <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>. The price of the sign is $12.00 + 5.00 S&H. It's white enamel on metal, about 12 inches wide by 18 inches high, with red lettering and border. The wording is ERCOUPE Parking Only, with an arrow pointing both left and right (<------>) and in small letters at the bottom, the words 'All others will be grounded'.
Although you don't have to go to eBay to purchase it, he has a list (with pics) of signs a mile long. Both the 'parking for' signs with every type of vehicle, plus a lot of people's first names, and the yellow diamond shaped ones with 'crossing', and a picture of the animal of your choice. Trust me, if it has a heartbeat, this guy has put it on a crossing sign. Armadillos, bats, crawfish (ok, I'm winging it with crawfish, but you get the picture). It's worth the trip to eBay, just to see them all. Ask for 'ercoupe', then ask for closed auctions, you'll find the Ercoupe sign, then ask for the sellers other auctions. If you've never been there, this is the perfect way to practice. You don't have to be 'registered' to look. There are always Ercoupe items in eBay.
