Dennis...... Now I'm really confused. I thought that's what you already
did when you got it to work for a short time and then it quit again. 
        What you just did was to "burnish" the contacts, (a burnishing
tool is
like a very, very fine grit point file. Made especially for what you
just did, electrical contacts in regulators, relays, etc.) I was under
the impression that you had already done that and it only helped
momentarily (as in 1/2 way around the pattern). So tell me, what was it
that you did previously?
