What are all of you Coupe drivers out there doing with you trim tabs during takeoffs and landing? I've had some discussions with a fellow Coupe pilot, and we can't agree as to what effect we should expect from the tabs use. I've been pulling my tab lever full back during final for landing. It causes the nose to rise slightly, reducing my angle of attack on descent. I was also told to have it full back during takeoff. It seems that tabs are rigged differently from Coupe to Coupe, in that, pulling back will raise the nose on some, and lower it on others. What are the pros and cons? Are some rigged incorrectly?
