I don't know if those rubber shock mounts on the instrument panel are
generic. I know that when the ones on my 1966 Cessna 150 broke, I had
the panel in my lap! Luckily, I hadn't cranked up yet ...

The ones I had were about an inch long and 3/8ths in diameter. They
had a threaded part on the end, and there was a metal ground strip that
had to go on one of them. Take the old part to your local A&P to get
the new ones. And replace `em all - rubber deteriorates with time.
