guess I got something going with my mag questions, quite a debate. I
agree with you Keith, but the info I was getting was frustrating. You're
right about the Slicks, they never were anything but a throwaway, and don't have
enough volts to keep the plugs, valves and rings clean of carbon and lead,
especially if one is unfortunate enough to be forced into some 100 Octane
stuff. I don't like dealing with the AD's on the Bendix, and was fortunate
enough to acquire a pair of rebuilt Eismanns for 537,00 incl.. freight from
Fresno Air. They have a good rep. these should last my
lifetime.
