I am helping a friend rebuild an ercoupe and we are starting to think about the wiring harness. The wiring we pulled out of the coupe was all shielded. Do we need to replace it with shielded wire or can we use standard aircraft wire? We know the mag and spark plug wires need to be shielded but why the rest? We want to do the harness properly the first time and eliminate any chance of radio interference so any information will be greatly appreciated.
