I'm trying in vain to build courier-authlib-0.58 on Fedora 4. I
download the tarball, extract it, and run:
./configure --with-pgsql-libs=/usr/lib64/pgsql --with-pgsql-includes=/
usr/include/pgsql --with-redhat --with-mailuser=501 --with-mailgroup=501
501 is the uid and gid of the courier user.
configure starts to check stuff, and after not to long stops after
saying this:

checking for setlogin... no
checking for crypt in -lcrypt... yes
checking for crypt... yes
checking for crypt() prototype... 0
Cannot obtain information for groupid 500: Success
I don't know why it's trying to look at gid 500, or why it would stop
after a success. Thoughts?
