This means that you did not copy things correctly, but there's really no way to tell what's broken without examining the contents of the individual files and directories in question.

You have a very confusing setup, and I don't think anyone can follow clearly what you're trying to do.

You need to take one step at a time. Perform one simple, concrete step. Verify that it works, move on to the next one.
