You can't.  POP3 clients/servers have no concept of folders only what is
in the INBOX.  This is a limitation of the POP3 protocol and any attempt
to fix it would be an ugly hack.  The solution to the problem is to use
IMAP.  Outlook Express supports the IMAP protocol allowing you to see the
same folder structure in Squirrelmail and OE.
