Ok, really strange.... I wanted to rerun the build to get all the info... all of the sudden it worked. I have tried this at least 10 times on 2 different machines (FC5). I even tried extracting the archive and building manually.... The only things I have done is disable selinux even though I didn't see any violation messages (setenforce 0) and shutdown iptables... not really shure what did it but it worked... I am guessing the iptables because it looked like it was doing connection tests...
