When accessing the mailbox, and deleting messages from it (one by one), the response is somewhat slow. I am using Postfix to deliver the email into the box. Is there anything I can do to improve the speed? I know that dealing with this many msgs is hard but I need a faster solution.
It all depends on the speed of the underlying filesystem.
