Hello, I'm using postfix and courier. If I open an IMAP-mailbox in Thunderbird for example, then I can create new folders only in INBOX. But if I want an OUTBOX, it looks weird if it's a subfolder of OUTBOX Is there a possibility to have new mailboxes created with an INBOX- and an OUTBOX-folder at the same level?
