Okay... maybe I'm stupid... but I never saw that in any of the sites I
googled...
But, I removed the mark folder, and ran:
[EMAIL PROTECTED]:/var/mail/virtual$ sudo maildirmake mark
[EMAIL PROTECTED]:/var/mail/virtual$ ls
mark
Now, when I try to login via telnet (cause the client's still don't connect) I
get this:
a login mark *********
* BYE [ALERT] Fatal error: /var/spool/mail/virtual/mark/: Permission denied
Connection closed by foreign host.
Is there a site some where that I can see the steps I should follow?

Of course not. You should use maildirmake to create an account's mailbox.
