In your previous post you've shown that you don't have the values for 
Home Directory or Maildir in authldaprc - how do you thing Courier knows 
where to look for them?

Use authldap.schema and enter the values correctly into LDAP, a gui 
client such as GQ will help you no end with configuring LDAP correctly.
