This is not an IMAP message, but rather a POP3 message, and indicated that courier-authlib is not running. See courier-authlib's README and INSTALL files for more information on setting it up and configuring.
Nobody is going to help you if you just complain that something is not working, and expects others to tell you what to do. You must try yourself to fix your problem, and explain what you tried to do, and what exactly didn't work, then someone will probably be able to help you.
