You can do that with virtual shared folders and access control lists.

Sorry, forgot to mention - we have real unix users with home directories nfs mounted. I really don't want to create new groups and play with unix permissions. :(

Can't be done, then. Unless you want to create duplicate usernames, with the same uids, gids, and home directories.
