FWIW 4.3.0 built without any modification of the spec filed and installed as an rpm on my Fedora FC6 home/test machine won't run properly, refuses to recognize the authdaemon ldap and pam modules. courier -authlib 0.59 works perfectly. courier-imap 4.2.0 runs perfectly.
