Hello,

I'm not sure if I'm on such a strange setup, but I don't get it to work.. and
somehow it should not be that weird I guess.

my setup:
USers are managed in LDAP. Some have a homedir set (the ones that also maintain
a website; same login for mail and website is used), most don't have
homeDirectory filled.

postfix recieves the mails, looks up uid in ldap and delivers the mails to
/srv/vmail/<domain>/<user>/Maildir

that's the perfect situation I want.

just when checking the mails with courier-imap, it fails to find the Maildir
and I seem not to be able to give instructions in authldaprc (or also
authpamrc.. pam is configured to ldap for ftp for example) to have the domain /
user part in the file system.

I know I implemented it once with mysql and actually 'cheated' there, by using
a SQL query splitting the user from the domain and giving this back as the
MYSQL_MAILDIR_FIELD. But for LDAP I seem not ti find the trick.

Can anybody help me and give me the correct trick on how to handle it? Would be
really great!

Cheers,
Dominique
