Hi!
In our company, every client uses POP3 to retrieve emails. But since
recently, we wanted a couple of group-mailboxes, like for example a mailbox
for the IT department, and one for the marketing departement. The idea was
that the users in these departments, could add an imap account to outlook
for their group-mailbox.
It seems now that there's a problem when multiple clients access the same
mailbox at the same time, or when one client adds multiple imap accounts on
the same server. We are with 5 people, and each of us added the same 2
imap-accounts. Outlook often complains about the server being offline and
stuff like that. Any ideas? I thought that maybe shared folders would be a
solution, but that wouldn't work because we all use POP3 for our main
accounts, right?
Thanks!
Tom
