Introducing courier-unicode: the Courier Unicode Library: http://www.courier-mta.org/unicode/
The next version of the following packages will require this library to be built and installed first, before they get built: courier-authlib, courier, courier-imap, sqwebmail, maildrop, and cone. This library is a standalone implementation of several Unicode-related algorithms that used to be individually compiled as part of all those packages. This Unicode library now stands by itself, and can be used by other, unrelated applications. The courier-unicode package includes man pages documenting the public APIs, which are also browsable on the web site.
