If I don't log in myself, everyone else's performance seems to be fine. I'm upgrading servers soon to fix the IO problem but I was hoping to learn about any tuning/optimization knobs for the meantime.
There are none. The only configurable settings are the ones for the maximum number of concurrent logins.
