Hi all,

My first time here...

I kinda went through the same trials and tribulations
that Michael Carmack went through... Tried almost every single
mail-package(s) in existence... Got Courier, and 99% of everything
was flawlessly... (Well almost...*grin*)

Having two issues I'd appreciate some help on...

First, with webmail (using the default sqwebmail that
comes with the courier-package). I can log in with any of
the shell-accounts, but if I select the default domain (in the
logindomainlist), it will always tell me Invalid User-id/Password.
I have to log in without selecting a domain.
Keep in mind, POP3/SMTP is working perfectly with the default
domain and all virtual-domains. Only in webmail do I have
this issue.

Secondly, mlm. I'm pretty sure there's either
something I didn't do correctly, or missed something
I should have done. (Yes, I did read all the docs a multitude of times.)
I'm simply trying to create a mailing-list. I attempted to create it in
this order:

1. - 'couriermlm create /usr/lib/courier/etc/mlm
[EMAIL PROTECTED]'
2. - I made the dot-courier file (.courier-music-list) in my $HOME dir,
with this in it:
            | /usr/lib/courier/bin/couriermlm msg /usr/lib/courier/etc/mlm
3 - I made the dot-courier file (.courier-music-list-default) in my $HOME
dir, with this in it:
            | /usr/lib/courier/bin/couriermlm ctlmsg
/usr/lib/courier/etc/mlm
4. - Added the 'couriermlm hourly' and 'couriermlm daily' cron jobs
5. - Added/edited the 'aliases' file for the 'music-list-owner' to point to
my account.

Tried using the mailing-list, and all that happened, was that I the server
kicked back a 'user unknown'... I just went over everything (including
docs)
again, to no evail...

(Sorry to be so long-winded...) Any help would be greatly
appreciated.

TIA..

- Bill
