Courier always shocks me again with 'Invalid argument' in the logs and delivery-status:
courieresmtp: id=0000232C.3C0772A3.00002E9D, from=<webmaster@****.de>,addr=<****@caramail.com>: Invalid argument courieresmtp: id=0000232C.3C0772A3.00002E9D, from=<webmaster@****.de>,addr=<****@caramail.com>,status: deferred This really sounds like a local software problem, but telnet to the mx shows the real reason: $ telnet m6.caramail.com 25 Trying 195.68.99.66... telnet: connect to address 195.68.99.66: Connection refused telnet: Unable to connect to remote host This explanation is much better :) I could not find the string 'Invalid argument' anywhere in the source and dont know how to change this.
