Hi there, Hmm, I seem to have found a problem with my setup. I have a domain ( this one ) refriedgeek.com, I have it in the esmtpacceptmailfor and I have no problem getting mail from hotmail or bellsouth or anywhere. Doesn't matter if it is sent to kenn, which is a user on the system or lets say [EMAIL PROTECTED], which hits the default and gets dumped into kenn's Maildir. Everything works! Except!
I have a friend who has a server, it's like a generic redhat 6.2 system with an unchanged default sendmail install. When I try to send to anything except [EMAIL PROTECTED] it says user unknown and pine wont send it. Givin that I could say it's a problem with his setup but I have added an alias to the redhat 6.2 box with a mostly generic mail setup that just forwards to this box so I don't know really what it is... I don't know that it is somehting on my end but then I do not know where to look? Any suggestions. I know this is a little vague. I first thought somehow the alises.dat is not getting updated however I know it is cause I can change it and it will work from yahoo or hotmail or whatever. Just not from this box.
