Checking for a string 'filename' separated only by whitespaces
from the beginning of the line will fail on many (if not most)
attachments. Its a waste of cpu :)

To help you (or whoever) to verify the operation of the filter.
If your Outlook-Users have no clue about headers they wont get
confused by them. But they also wont be impressed from the
virus-warning in the subject as long as they are able to click
at every attachment they find.

Thats called 'localfilter' and is just another hook, mainly
used for whitlisting but not limited to this or Maildrop.
And the perlfilter is another one, but not limited to perl.
