Greetings,

I've been trying to get courier-imap to compile on my system, and it
basically flat out refuses.

I initially just ran ./configure and then make. make died with:
In file includedgcc -DHAVE_CONFIG_H -I. -I. -I. -g -O2 -Wall -I.. -I./..
-c preauthpgsql.c
gcc -DHAVE_CONFIG_H -I. -I. -I. -g -O2 -Wall -I.. -I./.. -c
authpgsqllib.c
 from authpgsql.c:19:
authpgsql.h:8: libpq-fe.h: No such file or directory
make[1]: *** [authpgsql.o] Error 1
make[1]: *** Waiting for unfinished jobs....
In file included from preauthpgsql.c:20:

and a few more lines.

So I removed the config.cache, and ran ./configure --disable-authpgsql
Same result.

I've tried the beta release.
Same result.

This is extremely annoying, as I don't have postgres anywhere on this
system, but I do have mysql (and it appears that the configure isn't picking
that fact up).

The archives on geocrawler have been about useless - and I'm getting tempted
to just go find a different imap server. CAn anyone give me a hint in the
right direction before I do that?
