I knew the information had to be in there somewhere.

However, I have experimented with the figures produced and they don't add up
to what is transferred into or out of port 143 of the server. Is there any
documentation available with information of exactly what is logged. I need
to produce a method of accurately calculating both inbound and outbound Imap
usage of a specific user for accounting purposes.

would appricate any information that is available.
