If it's only 2-3 sources, constant, over time, then just block them 
manually. Otherwise, modify the default perlfilter to pick out the common 
header or body content, and activate perlfilter.  Be careful - you should be 
a Perl wiz - else you'll quickly bork up your entire mail server.
