Uh, easy to say, hard to achieve (with a large userbase). I have seen several reasons for lusers to go for outlook: 1) smooth integration with calendar and addressbok 2) it works well in a corporate environment (collaboration) 3) it integrates well with third party software (PGP etc) Now, on the security side of point, they are toasted. But that doesn't seem to affect their choice of tools. Most users don't realize they have a choice. "It's just bad guys out there, better stick to what I have". It's amazing how irrational the choice of tools can turn out to be :) Tomas PS I'm quite happy with Debian and Mozilla. But that's me...
